Does every employer application work?
Coverage depends on the employer’s application system. Unsupported forms, CAPTCHA, account verification and certain questions may require your input or a manual application. Access is limited while we qualify supported workflows.
When does an application use a credit?
One credit is charged when the employer confirms a submission. Preparation, failed attempts and handoffs don’t consume a submission credit. A credit can be held while an outcome is checked to prevent duplicate spending.
What happens if payment fails or I cancel?
Paid subscriptions have a three-day payment grace period. If payment remains unpaid after that, paid automation and subscription credits pause. Cancel at period end to keep access through the paid period, or cancel immediately to stop paid access at once.
Can I buy more credits?
Top-ups aren’t part of the initial release. Free includes 5 credits each month. Paid plans have the monthly allowances and carryover limits shown above.
